Invite the Bot

The bot needs Manage Roles permission.

Create a Subscriber Role

1. Server Settings → Roles → Create Role (e.g. "Subscriber")

2. Make sure the BasePass bot role is above this role in the hierarchy

3. Right-click the role → Copy Role ID

Enable Developer Mode first: Discord Settings → Advanced → Developer Mode

Get Your Server ID

Right-click your server name → Copy Server ID

Configure in Dashboard

1. Go to base-pass.xyz/dashboard → Integrations tab

2. Enter Guild ID and Role ID

3. Click Save

How It Works

1. Subscribers link their Discord in BasePass Settings

2. Bot checks subscriptions every 5 minutes

3. Active subscription → assigns role

4. Expired subscription → removes role

Troubleshooting

Problem	Solution
Bot not assigning roles	Bot role must be above subscriber role in hierarchy
"Missing Permissions"	Re-invite with correct permissions link
Subscriber not getting role	Verify they linked the correct Discord User ID
No creators found for guild	Configure Guild ID in dashboard first
